Please join Evelyn Yard for the last private view at our current space on Wednesday 14th December 5pm to 9pm.

Featuring works by Elliot Dodd and Jessy Jetpacks.

Following Dodd’s debut presentation with Evelyn Yard at SUNDAY Art Fair in October, we are pleased to showcase a brand new series of drawings and sculptures. This new series of Dodd’s works continues to employ a logo-like efficiency and hyper precision that allows diseased swollen testicles to find a function alongside taughtly-inflated CGI blobs and mouldy intestines. Bulging eyeballs map out a human, visual currency and lend them both a utility and an emotional presence.

Jessy Jetpacks is a London based multi-disciplinary artist, in her last year at the RA Schools. Her mediums include painting, sculpture, film, music, audio/video installations, and performance. Themes and interests range from the global political to the fundamental and private human condition – where advocacy, poetry, and philosophy become bedfellows. Displayed alongside Dodd will be examples of her video work. Both artists have recently been commissioned as part of the HTC Vive project, which aims to showcase the potential of VR in the artworld and will be launched in January 2017.

In early 2017 Evelyn Yard will relocate to a new London location. Further information about the new space, launch date and upcoming projects will be released in the new year. For all enquiries please contact [email protected] or call +44 (0)207 3230805.
